Tickets go on sale to the general public, here: bit.ly/juicy2024, from Wednesday, April 26 7PM your local time.

However, we’re expecting to sell-out pretty quickly. To avoid disappointment, make sure you pre-register, for the latest updates and access to early bird sales.

How do I get my tickets?

There are several things you must do BEFORE arriving at Accor Stadium, to guarantee a smooth entry for you and your party.

  • Please download your mobile ticket or print your PDF ticket before arriving at the venue.
  • Share any tickets with others in your group before you arrive at the Stadium.
  • Ticketing staff will be at the event in the Box Office next to gate J/K for general assistance.

Authorised Sellers

  • Only tickets purchased via Ticketek or Ticket Fairy are valid for entry to the event.
  • Tickets may not be resold on third-party sites. Resale may be offered by Ticketek in the event that all tickets have sold.
  • Tickets purchased via 3rd party on-seller sites including (but not limited to) Viagogo, Ticketblaster, Queen of Tickets, E-Bay, Gumtree (and others) may not gain entry into the event.
  • Any ticket found to be resold for profit will be deemed invalid, and the holder may be refused entry.

General Festival information
Can I become a vendor at Juicy Fest?

Possibly. You must apply and confirm you can meet all rules before you can be considered. Check back here for more information about this in the coming weeks.

What food vendors will be available?

There will be a range of food vendors operating at Juicy Fest 2024. These will vary at each event.

Can we use Eftpos at the festival?

Yes, we will have Eftpos available.

If I leave the festival, can I get back in?

No. For safety reasons, festival-goers are not allowed to re-enter festival grounds once they leave.

Do I need an ID?

Yes. You might get asked for photo identification to prove you are over 18. To avoid this being an issue, bring an official photo ID with you.

How old do I have to be to attend Juicy Fest?

You have to be 18 and older to attend Juicy Fest.

What time will gates open?

Gate opening times will be confirmed closer to the festival dates. We acknowledge there were some issues with long queues in 2023 so we have plans in place to avoid this from happening in 2024.

When will set times be released?

Accor Stadium General Conditions of Entry

These are the general conditions of entry for events at the Stadium.

Please note that conditions of entry may vary between events, subject to the event organiser or promoter.

Refer to the Stadium’s event pages for further information on specific events.

General Conditions
  • For the safety and security of all persons, closed circuit television cameras are in use at all times.
  • All persons will be subject to a security check on entry. Persons refusing to undergo a security check will be refused entry.
  • Patrons must not attempt to conceal their identity, either at the point of entry or while inside the Stadium.
  • Any person found to have entered Accor Stadium after being removed or issued with a current Banning Notice will be subject to prosecution.
  • Pass-outs will not be issued.
  • Patrons are only authorised to access the seats / areas of the Stadium to which they are ticketed.
  • Patrons wearing or displaying inappropriate or unauthorised commercial, political, religious or other offensive images, logos etc. may be denied entry or asked to remove such items.
  • Persons wearing ‘Colours’ or ‘Insignia’ on any clothing or other item identifying them as belonging to Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs or other groups as designated by the NSW Police Force.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Stadium, except in designated smoking areas. This includes electronic cigarettes personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers.
  • No throwing of items.
  • Umbrellas may be brought into the Stadium but for the comfort of others should not be put up.
  • For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl. Strollers and prams may be cloaked.
  • Unauthorised soliciting and customer surveying is not permitted.
  • Unauthorised promotional or commercial activities in or outside the Stadium are not permitted.
  • Some event activities are dangerous. Customers viewing such activities do so at their own risk.
  • Customers wishing to bring personal items into the Stadium do so at their own risk. Accor Stadium will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property.

Liquor Licensing

All persons entering Accor Stadium are advised that:

  • They are entering licensed premises.
  • Intoxicated or drug affected persons will not be permitted to enter.
  • Persons in possession of alcohol or illicit drugs will not be permitted to enter.
  • Alcoholic beverages must not be removed from the Stadium.
  • Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing alcohol or illicit drugs from entering.
  • Intoxicated and drug affected persons will be removed from the premises.
  • It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume alcohol.
  • It is an offence to purchase alcohol for (or supply liquor to) minors or persons who are intoxicated.
  • Persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to the Police.

Refusal of Entry

Stadium management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any person deemed to be intoxicated, disorderly or engaging in anti-social behaviour
  • Refuse entry to any unauthorised persons
  • Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance
  • Refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from an unauthorised ticketing agent / source.
  • Refuse entry to any person who is subject to any current banning notices.

Bag Sizes & Cloaking
  • Bag sizes are limited to 30cm x 40cm (including eskis)
  • All bags are subject to security checks on entry
  • Limited cloaking is available and may be unavailable for selected events
Restricted / Prohibited Items (General)

The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted into Accor Stadium:

  • Show bags from the Easter Show are permitted and will be checked prior to entry as part of the 100% bag search policy. Please note, canned soft drinks and replica weapons must remain inside the show bag whilst inside Accor Stadium.
  • Glass or cans including aerosol cans or metal containers of any style.
  • Alcoholic beverages.
  • Flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives, smoke bombs or other incendiary devices.
  • Laser pens / pointers.
  • Drones.
  • Guns, knives or other dangerous weapons.
  • Cameras and Recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods.
  • Metal flag poles, extendable flag poles and / or flag poles of more than 1.4 metres in length.
  • Oversized banners and flags which are deemed to cause public nuisance or affect patron viewing.
  • Whistles, hooters and horns or other musical instruments (e.g. drums).
  • Confetti or shredded paper.
  • Scooters, roller skates, skateboards, push bikes, Segways or other unauthorised means of transportation.
  • Animals (with the exception of certified service animals).
  • Other items as determined by Stadium management that may cause injury or public nuisance.

Dress Standards
  • Corporate & Member areas of Accor Stadium will be subject to dress codes.
  • As a minimum for general public areas, patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants, the above conditions of entry apply to all Accor Stadium visitors, and may be subject to change at any time.

Can I smoke or vape in the Stadium?
  • Smoking and vaping is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
  • This includes electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers.
  • For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see an a stadium staff member.

Can I get food and beverages in the Stadium?
  • Accor Stadium has a variety of food and beverage outlets throughout the Stadium and includes food options that cater to dietary requirements such as gluten free, halal and vegetarian.

Liquor Licensing

  • Accor Stadium is a licensed premises. Please assist us by being a responsible consumer.
  • Serving limitation and other service restrictions will apply
  • Fines apply for the supply of alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.
  • Persons deemed to be intoxicated will be removed from the venue.

Accor Stadium operates as a cashless venue
  • Accor Stadium operates a cashless venue.
  • This includes all bars, food & drink outlets and merchandise sellers.
  • There are no ATMs in the Stadium

What happens if it is raining? Will the concert go ahead?
  • The show will play rain or shine.
  • The only exception would be severe weather which could impact the safety of Artists and patrons.

What is the best way to get to Juicy Fest?

Public Transport

  • Accor Stadium strongly recommends public transport as the most time-efficient way of getting to and from the concert.
  • Plan your trip and arrive early using the Transport for NSW Trip Planner.
  • Allow additional travel time for your journey.

Parking

  • With a large crowd expected, concert-goers who have not pre-booked parking are encouraged to leave the car at home.
  • For those who plan to drive, pre-booking your parking with Sydney Olympic Park is essential to guarantee your spot.

  • Traffic will be heavier than usual on roads approaching and leaving the precinct so allow extra travel time. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com
  • Be aware that when leaving after the show, traffic will be very heavy, so allow additional travel time exiting car parks.
  • We ask you to respect our neighbours and avoid parking in the local residential areas of Newington and Lidcombe.
  • Council rangers will be patrolling the area and fines will be issued for illegally parked vehicles.

Taxi Rank & Rideshares

  • Taxi ranks are located on Herb Elliott Ave external to the Pullman Hotel. Allow plenty of extra travel time on the roads.
  • For ride sharing, catch public transport to the first stop outside of the precinct to be able to connect with your ride share faster and avoid surge fares.

Can I get official merchandise?
  • Authorised merchandise outlets will be located inside the Stadium from gates open.
  • All merchandise stands operate with cashless transactions only.

Can I store items at the Stadium through the concert?
  • There are no cloaking or storage facilities for this event.
  • Leave bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 45cm) and other restricted / prohibited items at home.

Can I take my camera or recording device into the concert?
  • Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted.
  • Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.
  • Drones, GoPros, iPads, video/DVD cameras, or audio/video recording equipment are not permitted.

Where and how do I enter Accor Stadium?
  • All Patrons must enter the venue via the gate specified on their ticket.  Please refer to the Accor Stadium map.
  • All patrons will be subject to a security check including the inspection of bags and packages and metal detector wanding.
  • Patrons who refuse to comply will not be permitted entry into the venue.
  • Note:  By entering the venue, patrons also agree to be photographed and videotaped. Pat down searches may be implemented by NSW Police if required.

Dancing and Singing – What’s hot, What’s not?

Dancing and singing are considered to be normal and reasonable behaviour at the concerts, subject to the following:

  • no standing on seats
  • no standing in aisles
  • no jumping from seats
  • no sitting on the shoulders of other patrons
  • no crowd surfing
  • no heavy moshing
  • no slam dancing
  • no offensive language
  • be considerate of fellow patrons

Will there be First Aid available if needed?
  • Medical crews will be present inside the Stadium to attend to any problems, no matter how big or small.
  • Please see Stadium staff for any assistance.

Is there security for Juicy Fest?
  • NSW Police, Security and Venue staff will be on-site throughout the day to assist you.
  • IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!
  • Please report any unusual or suspicious behaviour, unattended items and anti-social behaviour to Stadium staff or Police immediately or text 0419 403 360 for assistance.

What not to bring?

  • Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
  • Prescription medications are permitted so long as they are accompanied by a valid prescription in the name of the ticket holder.  
  • Opened packs of cigarettes.
  • Opened/used disposable e-cigarettes or vapes.
  • Outside food and drinks, including alcohol.
  • Visibly empty water bottles or water bottles with an unbroken manufacturer seal are permitted.
  • Inhalants including Amyl Nitrate, Nitrous Oxide Canisters, and Vics (or equivalent) inhalers.
  • Fireworks, weapons of any kind, laser pointers, chains, studded jewellery, gang colours.
  • Glass or cans
  • Unauthorised drone use is strictly prohibited in Accor Stadium and Sydney Olympic Park.

What to bring?
  • Concert tickets
  • Jacket or poncho – umbrellas are not permitted in the Stadium.
  • Small personal cameras that can fit in your pocket (i.e. without detachable lenses) and camera phones are permitted
  • Sunscreen and sun hat
  • Bags A3 size (30cm x 45cm) or smaller ONLY.
  • Empty plastic water bottles [PET (soft plastic) bottles only; no metal, glass or rigid containers] can be brought into the Stadium or purchased at Stadium outlets. Free drinking water and water refill stations will be available through the Stadium – ask one of the venue staff for directions if you are not sure where to go.

What is the age policy?

You have to be 18 years and older to attend Juicy Fest.

I have mobility restrictions. What do I need to know?

Mobility Restricted Access

  • Accor Stadium is a fully accessible venue.
  • Stadium staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs on the day.

Accessible Parking

  • Sydney Olympic Park has accessible and mobility car parking spaces for people with disability (subject to availability at time of booking), who hold a Mobility Parking Permit. This should be pre-booked via their website to ensure a space.

When do the box offices open? Can I get a pass out?
  • Gates open 12:00pm on show day.
  • Pass Outs will not be issued for this event.

Melbourne Festival information
Arriving by Train

Train service is the quickest most painless way to attend Juicy Fest. Each train can hold 1,000 people at a time.PTV have arranged additional train services for Juicy Fest attendees.Forward services will be operating from 12:15am through to 4:45pm. Return services will be operating from 8:00pm through to 10:40pm.

Parking

The Melbourne Showgrounds provides limited onsite paid parking for events. Parking is accessible via Gate 7 ONLY off Langs Rd/Leonard Crescent.

Arriving by Bus

Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road.Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads.

Arriving by Tram

Route 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City), stops at stop 32 (Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre on Epsom Road). Please note that the previously serviced stop 33 is no longer in use. Please listen to onboard announcements or check with your tram driver.

PUBLIC DROP OFF & PICK UP FOR FRIENDS AND PARENTS

The recommended Drop Off and Pick Up for parents and friends dropping off is via Epsom Road via Gate 1.

Public Transport

The Juicy Fest promoters strongly recommend public transport as the most time-efficient way of getting to and from the event. Visit https://www.melbourneshowgrounds.com/visitors/getting-here/ to plan your trip to the Melbourne Showgrounds.

RIDESHARE / TAXI ZONES

Due to the anticipated high use of the roads around the venue for patron safety, the designated vehicle drop-off zone is located off Langs Road, IN via Gate 2 & OUT via Gate 3. Only correctly identified taxi and rideshare vehicles will be allowed access.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas (near the left side of the big Grandstand) Designated smoking areas are available. For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see a staff member.

Cloakroom Facilities/Storage of Items/Phone Charging

There are no cloaking facilities for this event. Leave large bags and other restricted/prohibited items at home.There are no phone charging services available at Juicy Fest.

Weather Considerations

The show will go on - rain or shine. The weather is being predicted to be 31 DEGREES. Wear hats, sunscreen and REMEMBER TO DRINK WATER BETWEEN YOUR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES The only exception would be severe weather, which could impact the safety of the artists and patrons.

Food and Beverage

The Melbourne Showgrounds have a variety of food and beverage outlets available within the Grand Pavillion. Please be a responsible consumer in compliance with liquor licensing regulations.

First Aid

Medical crews consisting of paramedics, and first responders will be present inside the Grand Pavilion (the huge white tent structure) to attend to any health issues you may have, whether it’s a band aid, sunscreen or something more ominous. Please see medical or security staff for assistance. Dancewise will also have a chillout space within the Grand Pavillion, if you are slightly alcohol or drug affected and want to safely ride it out without going to First Aid. Juicy management encouraged you to come say hi and grab a chair. Dancewise are judgement free, are experienced in providing advice on drugs and alcohol use and liaise with First Aid to ensure you are as safe as possible. Their primary focus is Harm Reduction of patrons.

Mobility Restricted Access/Patrons with Disabilities

The Melbourne Showgrounds is an accessible venue for people with restricted mobility. Please see Juicy staff/security if you require assistance.An accessibility platform is positioned directly in front of main stage/next to the VVIP platform (the platform allows those in wheelchairs to see the stage unencumbered). This penned grassed area also has seats.There is an accessible toilet next to the accessibility platform AND in VIP. As well as permanent accessible toilets within the grand stand.Paid parking is via Gate 7 off Langs Rd/Leonard Crescent, patrons with mobility issues can take the accessible concrete path which will take you to entry.

ACCESSIBILITY & MOBILITY IMPAIRED INFORMATION

Upon presentation of a Companion Card, ticket purchasers are entitled to an additional ticket for their respective carer.The Companion Card must be presented alongside the issued ticket to gain entry to the event.Wider entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card. Guide Dogs are permitted on festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders. The event grounds are wheelchair accessible, however please be aware that this is a large outdoor event that may require travelling on varied terrain, both turf and concrete. The grassed areas may become soft. Please take extra precaution if this is the case. Juicy is a one stage general admission event (consisting of the main outdoor stage & the Grand Pavillion), there is no reserved or dedicated seating. There is however a dedicated Accessible Platform/Area for patrons with disabilities next to VVIP. Priority MUST be given to wheelchair patrons on the elevated platform, over other mobility impared attendees. Verified patrons with a disability are entitled to one carer within this space. Access to this space can be arranged by texting 0413004529, the day prior to the event.Good quality audio is available throughout the site for all patrons.If you have a serious immobility condition and require assistance on the day or prior you can text 0413004529 (patron with disabilities enquiries ONLY).

Can I take my camera or recording device into the concert?

Professional cameras (film or digital), GoPros, iPads, video/DVD cameras, or audio/video recording equipment used are not permitted.

Entry to Melbourne Showgrounds

All Patrons must enter the venue via entry lanes within the Grand Pavillion (near the pie in the sky). All patrons will be subject to a security check, including the inspection of bags/packages and metal detector wanding. Patrons who refuse to comply will not be permitted entry into the venue and have their ticket cancelled.Note: By entering the venue, patrons also agree to be photographed and videotaped. Pat down searches may be implemented by Vic Police if required. Sniffer dogs are scheduled to be present at entry.

Security and Safety

Vic Police, Security, Safety and Venue staff will be on-site throughout the day to assist you. Please report any unusual or suspicious behaviour, unattended items, and anti-social behaviour to Stadium staff or Police immediately or text 0456 819 826 for assistance. Thank you for helping us provide a safe environment for everyone attending the concert.

Opening Times

Juicy fest has a “soft opening” of the event at 12 noon, this is to allow you to come early and avoid large queues without missing out on billed artists.No music will be amplified during the soft opening (between 12-1pm) and no artists will be performing until the scheduled opening at 1pm. The promoters strongly encourage you to attend early during the soft opening to get yourself situated and settled in for the festival.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. By entering the event, you, the attendee, acknowledge that you have read the following rules governing conduct and consent to abide by such regulations and conditions.2. Juicy Fest is a licensed 18+ event3. There will be a LIMITED number of tickets available on the door. 4. All patrons must have actual valid photo ID in the physical form of:Valid Australian (or International Equivalent) Driver’s license or learner permit, Valid Passport or State/Territory proof of age cards5. While we are relieved to be back dancing again, COVID19 is still very much with us. If you have tested positive for COVID 19 or believe you have it, please do not attend the event. We encourage you to complete a rapid test prior to attending however this is not a requirement of entry.6. Entry to the event requires both the presentation of a valid ticket and adherence to the conditions of entry as set out by event organisers. 7. Patrons will be required to have their identification checked, bags searched, tickets scanned and issued an appropriate wristband.8. The right to refuse entry to any person is at the sole discretion of the event organizer, the venue or any agent acting on behalf of the organiser. ID scanners will also be in use. There are STRICTLY NO PASS OUTS (Exit and Re-entry) for this event. THIS IS A LIQUOR LICENSING CONDITION.Last entry to the event is 9.00pm

REJECTION OF ENTRY OR EJECTION FROM EVENT

Security staff are entitled to search; pat down or metal detect any patron upon entry. Any person not compliant will be refused entry or removed from the event without refund. Access to the event is prohibited or refused to people who:Are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant.Illustrate behaviour that intends to disturb public peace or to provoke assault.Intentionally attempt to conceal prohibited items with the intent to bypass security screening.Are wearing gang related colours, Hi-vis clothing, or attempting to resemble any staff member; including unauthorized media vests, or uniforms that impersonate emergency service personnel.Are from unauthorized media outlets. Only authorised and fully accredited media pre-approved by the Promotions department are permitted to attend Juicy Fest with professional cameras (this MUST be done in advance). Any unauthorised media or persons found to be carrying media equipment (microphones, recording devices, camera etc.) or deliberately deceiving staff will be removed and banned from attending future events for an indefinite period. If you are evicted from the event, you will not be allowed re-entry and your ticket will not be refunded.

What NOT to Bring

Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia. Prescription medications are permitted so long as they are accompanied by a valid prescription in the name of the ticket holder. The Melbourne Showgrounds operates as a cashless venue. This includes all bars, food & drink outlets, and merchandise sellers. There are no ATMs in the venue.

Tickets

Please download your mobile ticket or print your PDF ticket before arriving at the venue. Ticketing staff will be at the event in the Box Office next to the Grand Pavilion (within the Melbourne Showgrounds) for general assistance.
