JUICY FEST IS AN R18 EVENT.

- Juicy Fest is a licensed, over 18 years of age event.

- Any ticketing issues must be addressed to Ticketspace or Ticketbooth directly.

- You must present your PDF ticket that was emailed to you at purchase or otherwise re issued at a later date. Ticketspace or Ticketbooth staff will be at the event to deal with issues such as tickets not received or lost. ID and credit card used for purchase must be presented.

- All tickets will attract a booking fee.

- Ticket presented at the gate must match the ID of the ticket holder.

- Tickets will not be refunded except as required the Code Of Fair Practice.

- No pass outs will be issued.

- It is a condition of entry to allow the ticket holder to have their bags, clothes or any other possessions searched by security.

- Anyone deemed to be intoxicated, displaying anti-social behaviour (including aggressive dancing or stage diving) or breaching licensing laws will be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.

- Anyone attending the event does so at their own risk.

- Professional cameras are not allowed in the event space without the consent of the promoter and will need to carry accreditation. Only small cameras and phones will be admitted.

- Neither the promoter or venue owner will be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused at the venue.

- Juicy Fest will proceed rain or shine

- Please follow the directions of officials in the event of an emergency situation.

- Any ticket found to be re sold for profit will be deemed invalid and the holder maybe refused entry.

- Tickets may not be re sold on third party sites. Re sale may be offered by Ticketspace or Ticketbooth in the event that all tickets have sold.

- In the event that the festival cannot go ahead on due to Covid 19 restrictions being enforced that do not permit large gatherings of this nature, the festival will be rescheduled. All tickets will be valid for the rescheduled show.

JUICY FEST TERMS & CONDITIONS NEW ZEALAND

General

All conditions are to be read together with all other statements or directives shown on (but not limited to) the ticket, displayed on our website, social media, or at our premises. By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you hereby agree to these Event Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may, without notice, invalidate any tickets that are believed to be in breach of the Event Terms and Conditions, and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered. All tickets are displayed in New Zealand Dollars. Each ticket attracts a Booking Fee and Processing fee and includes all taxes.

PURCHASE OF TICKETS

Ticketspace Limited acts as an intermediary for Juicy Fest (Napier, Tauranga, Palmerston North, and Whangarei). All sales made through this website are subject to the terms of this Agreement. Eventfinda Limited acts as an intermediary for Juicy Fest (Auckland). All sales made through this website are subject to the terms of this Agreement. No other ticketing company is authorised to sell tickets for this event.

TERMS OF SALE

Tickets may not, without the prior consent of The Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via online auction and resale sites) or used for advertising, promoting, or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser or any subsequent ticket holder. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Presenter reserves the right to cancel the ticket without a refund. Only tickets purchased and resold through Ticketspace or Eventfinda are valid. Tickets bought from non-official websites or other sources may be invalid and refused entry. The Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual Event. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by The Promoter. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Except in the case of negligence by the event facility, management, promoters, performers, and/or suppliers, the ticket holder expressly assumes all risk and danger arising from or incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event the holder expressly releases the event facility, management, promoters, participants, performers, artists, and the ticketing agency and/or ticketing services provider (collectively “management”) and all of their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims that the holder has or may have that arise from or are incidental to the event.

EVENT CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE

Except where it is deemed unsafe to do so, the event will take place rain or shine. If the event is cancelled for any reason, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Event date, time, venue, or lineup for any reason. If the Event for which this ticket is issued is rescheduled The Promoter will automatically transfer all tickets to the new date/venue within 30 days of the announcement. The Promoter may continue to hold payment for the ticket and the ticket holder shall not be entitled to a refund. Instead, the holder shall have the right, except as otherwise provided, to use this ticket to attend the rescheduled event. If the event is not rescheduled but is instead fully cancelled, a refund of the ticket price (less booking/service fees) will be provided to the ticket holder. The ticket is not subject to exchange except as expressly provided above. If issued as a complimentary ticket, this ticket is not exchangeable or redeemable for another ticket to any other event or performance or for any other consideration, monetary or otherwise. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be counterfeit and worthless. It is unlawful to reproduce the ticket in any form. Management reserves all rights not expressly granted to the holder by these terms. All ticket sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless required by law, please ensure you review your purchase before processing.

PROOF OF AGE & IDENTITY

Juicy Fest is an R18 event.
Each ticket holder must produce a valid proof of photo ID on entry to validate age and to gain entry. Persons under the age of 18 years will be denied entry and tickets will not be refunded.
The Promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide valid proof of age ID).

Valid forms of ID at the time tickets become available for sale are:

- a current New Zealand or overseas passport

- a current New Zealand driver’s licence; or

- a current Kiwi Access (18+) card, or a valid Hospitality NZ 18+ card

RESERVATION OF MANAGEMENT & RIGHTS

You must follow the reasonable directions of Event staff as required and comply with the law at all times during the Event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct or hygiene is deemed by Management, at Management’s sole discretion, to be undesirable, including (but not limited to) disorderly conduct, use of vulgar or abusive language, or failure to follow Management or facility rules and directions. Undesirable conduct of any of the types expressly listed above will automatically terminate this license and all rights of the holder. The exercise of management’s ejection rights hereunder does not entitle the holder to a refund of the ticket price or any part thereof. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket, at management’s discretion. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the ticket, without compensation, at management’s discretion.

COMPLIANCE WITH FACILITY RULES AND THE LAW

The holder agrees to comply with all local or facility rules that prohibit or limit alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles, and containers of any kind from being brought into the event premises. The holder and the holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry into the Event, and the holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims that might arise against the Promoter. If the holder elects not to consent to these searches, the holder will be denied entry into the Event.

CONDITION OF ENTRY

Dress Code

● For safety reasons, footwear is to be worn at all times.

● We do not permit gang patches or gang paraphernalia to be displayed.

Security and its representatives reserve the right to request patrons to present any clothing, bags, and other carried items for searching, including being subject to a pat-down and/or a scanner search before entry. If you refuse to present any of the requested items for searching, you will be denied entry. Entry will be refused if a patron is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.

SEARCH ON ENTRY

You and/or your possessions will be subject to a safety and security search / wanding upon entry. Below is a list of prohibited items. Confiscated items will not be returned, replaced, or reimbursed. Management and the promoter take no responsibility for confiscated items.

Prohibited Items

● Bags larger than (A3) 400mm x 300mm x 300mm

● Video cameras and recording devices (this does not include mobile phones)

● Photographic devices with a lens larger than a standard watch face (not exceeding 4cm in diameter). Selfie sticks, Go-Pros, Drones

● Banners with poles

● iPads or Tablets

● Cans or glasses of any kind

● Strictly NO alcohol or illicit drugs

● Food and drinks, including takeaways

● Metal utensils and containers, cutlery, etc.

● Chilly bins / Coolers

● Dangerous goods

● Fireworks, flares, lasers, or flash lights

● Knives, Tasers, Mace, Chains, Spurs, or Studded Jewellery

● Offensive weapons including, but are not limited to, any object that may be used as a projectile such as glow sticks, balls, containers, etc.

● Air horns and loud hailers

● Umbrellas or other sun/rain shelters

● Furniture chairs or stools

● Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or scooters

● Unauthorised promotional, marketing, or advertising.

● Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs and police or emergency service dogs)

● Any other items deemed by management or the promoter to be illegal, dangerous, or a nuisance to yourself or others Please note that prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned. If in doubt, leave it at home. Management and the promoter take no responsibility for confiscated items.

Permitted Items

● Small personal cameras and camera phones are allowed. Professional cameras or any

camera with a lens larger than a standard watch face will not be permitted.

● Empty reusable bottles (up to 750ml) to use at the free water stations.

● Disability assistance dogs.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

● This event complies with the Liquor Licensing Authority and prohibits the serving of alcohol to intoxicated or under-aged persons.

● There will be zero tolerance for intoxication.

● Those who arrive at the gates intoxicated will be refused entry into the event, and patrons who become intoxicated will be escorted from the venue.

● Intoxicated or under-aged persons who are apprehended with alcohol will be escorted from the premises.

● Persons supplying alcohol to underage patrons will be evicted from the premises.

● This event maintains a strict ‘no drugs’ policy.

● Illicit drugs and alcohol are prohibited and will be confiscated at the gate. Patrons who are caught in possession of any prohibited substance will be denied entry into the venue.

● Any persons apprehended with drugs in their possession will be escorted from the premises.

● Incidents involving alcohol or drugs will be referred to the NZ Police where the situation requires it.

Behaviour

In extreme cases, a patron who exhibits unacceptable or disruptive behaviour will be asked to leave the venue. Dangerous activities such as aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, and climbing

are not permitted and may result in the removal of patrons from the event. Failure to comply with a direction from staff, security staff or the NZ Police to leave the event venue after having being warned to leave may render the ticket holder liable to arrest and prosecution for the offence of trespass under section 4 of the Trespass Act 1980 which is punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 months.

Reselling and Promotional Use Prohibited

The ticket holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, or selling) in any media now or hereafter existing, any unofficial description, account, picture, video, audio or other form of reproduction of the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”). Goods using unauthorised event logos and unauthorised professional recording equipment will be confiscated. This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent from The Promoter. Breach of any of the terms of this license or the failure to comply with venue rules shall automatically terminate any rights that the ticket holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorised the ticket holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorise The Promoter to withdraw the tickets, refuse admission to the Event, or eject the holder from the Event. Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject the holder to all legal remedies available to the Promoter. Sale or attempted sale of this ticket to this Event is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. In addition to these terms and conditions the official ticketing providers for Juicy Fest – TicketSpace and Eventfinda, will have their own terms and conditions that also apply.

GENERAL

1. How do I become a vendor at Juicy Fest?

Email us to enquire event@juicyfest.co.nz and we will send you an exhibitor application form when we are ready to start taking vendor enquiries.

2. Do I need ID?

Yes, Juicy Fest is strictly an R18 event. The prescribed and ONLY forms of ID for ANY licensed premise in NZ is a valid and current:

- NZ Drivers License or,

- Passport or

- HANZ 18+ card or Kiwi Access card

Under no circumstances will any other forms of ID be accepted, this includes:

- Expired ID

- Birth/Marriage certificates

- Photocopies

- Student ID's

3. Will there be pass outs?

No, there will not be any pass outs allowed for any Juicy Fest shows.

4. What time will doors open?

Doors for all NZ venues will open at 2pm with shows starting at 3pm.

5. What are the parking and transport options?

We’re still working through parking and transport options for all venues. As soon as information is available it will be added to the website and sent to ticketholders.

6. Are the shows accessible?

Yes, each venue can cater for the majority of access needs including (but not limited to) accessible parking, ramp/flat access points, designated viewing areas for wheelchair users.

The accessibility platform can be accessed at anytime throughout the festival. Please note that you are only allowed one support person with you on the platform.

To use the accessible parking a valid mobility parking permit must be displayed.

7. I purchased some of the limited edition merchandise, when will I receive it?

All merchandise purchased at the time of purchasing your ticket(s) will be dispatched by the end of July 2022. If you haven’t received your merchandise by mid-July 2022 please email us

8. Can I bring food or beverages to the festival?

No, you cannot bring your own food or beverages into the festival. An empty clear plastic drink bottle can be brought in to use at the water stations only.

POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION

1. What happens if Juicy Fest can’t go ahead due to Covid?

In the case of a postponement all tickets will be transferred to a new date. If the event needs to be cancelled for any reason all tickets will be refunded at face value only (excludes booking and credit card fees)
